There is a parking lot at the Farmers Market, which costs about 500 colon/hour to park. This is about one dollar US. If the lot is full there’s on street parking as well.

The Farmers Market has a food court inside so you can grab a bite to eat during your time exploring all the great vendors.

Essential Items To Pack

When visiting this farmers market or any others, it’s best to carry cash for purchases. Vendors will accept US Dollars, but keep an eye on the exchange rate. It’s much easier for vendors to accept local Colones to avoid conversion.

San Isidro is quite temperate and can be cold at night. I had a long sleeve t-shirt for the night time temperatures which worked well in May.
